Analyzing Your Organization

You've put on your headset.
You've logged in.
You've chosen a game based on what others have said about it.
You've entered the game world to understand the environment for yourself.
You create your own opinion about how fun or how lackluster it was.
Congrats, you have deep dove.
I use the analogy of deep diving as way to comprehend why it is paramount to analyzing your organization, while accounting for the internal and external environment as well as the the public perception.
When deep diving into an organization's environmental position, it is vital to ask yourselves the following questions:
What are you looking for within this organization?
How was the organization previously seen? How is it currently seen? How does it want to be seen?
In order to answer some of these reflective questions, PR tools like a SWOT analysis can help guide any public relations professional in their analysis.
